      This Indian version of chicken-and-rice features Hoffman Game Birds chicken, Massa's Organic rice that has been cooked with chicken broth, onions, and Willey Farm carrots and fresh snap peas. It is well-seasoned with ginger, garlic, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cardamom, and other fragrant spices.

      This Indian version of chicken-and-rice features Clark Summit Farm pastured chicken, Massa's Organic rice that has been cooked with pastured chicken broth, onions, gypsy peppers, summer squash, green beans, and celery. It is well-seasoned with ginger, garlic, cumin, coriander, tumeric, cardamom, saffron, and other fragrant spices.

      This falafel dough is ready to pan-fry in our Three Stone Hearth House Oil Blend or ghee. Made from soaked chick peas, onions, garlic, parsley, and spices. Directions: To pan-fry: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Put small scoops of dough in pan and flatten slightly with the back of a spoon (or form into small patties in your hands first before heating oil). Brown on one side and then flip and brown on the other. To bake: Form into small patties in your hands. Baste with one of the above oils before baking on a greased cookie sheet at 350º until evenly browned. Great with preserved lemon and mint yogurt cream.

      Chileno Valley Ranch ground beef is seasoned with onions, garlic, thyme, parsley, and a bit of tomato paste, then enriched with liver and other organ meats, and bound with Clark Summit Farm eggs and mixed with cooked brown rice. (Wheat-free) Directions: Pan-fry patties in a little fat until browned on both sides and firm to the touch.

      These crisp crackers make a great snack or accompaniment to our cheeses or pates. We make a dough of sourdough starter, whole wheat and spelt flour, and TSH House Oil Blend (red palm, coconut, and olive oils) and allow it to culture for 24 hours. Then we add baking powder and sea salt, hand-roll the crackers, and bake until crisp.

      This wonderfully crunchy cold cereal is made from organic bananas and whole spelt flours that have been soaked overnight in yogurt whey, and organic milk, to maximize nutrient assimilation, digestibility and nutritional profile. Enriched with butter, sweetened with palm sugar and leavened with baking soda, this cereal is twice-baked in the oven to make it nice and crunchy. Directions: Store at room temperature.       The "secret" ingredient in this cooler is organic hazelnut extract--it doesn't make it taste like hazelnut exactly, it just adds a wonderful richness to this lemony cooler. Ingredients are: filtered water, organic agave nectar, yogurt whey, fresh lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and a hint of Flavorganics hazelnut extract (organic alcohol, organic agave syrup, organic hazelnut paste). Directions: Keep refrigerated. Do not shake. Pour and drink, leaving any sediment behind in the bottle.
